Hotkey Issue Outside Focus

I can only use hotkeys when I have OBS focused while using a macro pad. I tried using obs in admin, I have "Never disable hotkeys" enabled. Still none of my hotkeys work with my macro pad. What could be the problem? If i use the keyboard while not focus the hotkey work, but not with the macro pad, what could be the problem?

Time of the "key pressed" state can be the problem. If it is too small - OBS can miss the key press event. Make sure that key is pressed for at least 20-30ms (or even 50ms) inside the macro and only then the "key release" signal generated.

Haha that funny, I just figured that out after i added delays to my micros and was going to say i figured it out. that's what the problem was
