In the latest build of OBS, and in previous versions, you cannot enter this hotkey command:

Ctrl+Alt+Shift+F

You can enter any other, but it will not let you enter an F
A-E work, G-Z work, but it will not let you enter the F
It only displays Ctrl+Alt+Shift

I'm not sure who to report this issue to. Not a serious issue, but I have a switcher that puts out a Ctrl+Alt+Shift+F command that I need to program into a hotkey command.

This is reserved by Windows 10, likely a bug.
