Question / Help Hot Keys out of Control

I setup my Hotkeys to use the Space bar as a Transition and the Enter Key as a Cut. Recently I find out that every time I use a Hotkey, the settings window will reappear every time I use a Hot Key. I also found out that while I am typing here, that every time I use the space bar, OBS is transitioning too. I also brought up Microsoft "Word" and while I was typing and used the space bar, It caused a transition in OBS. Where is the thinking?

I would like to use "R" to Start and Stop recording and "S" to enter Studio Mode. The only problem is if I am running a live show and I want to bring in an image or a media source, I can't give it a name fearing that if I forget and use an "S" or an "R" are being used as Hot Keys, I'll inadvertently trigger something the show will look amateurish and I'll shoulder the blame when it's really not my fault.

This is like walking on eggshells. This is an important issue and needs to be addressed in a timely manner.

You've already posted about this several times, it's been explained to you that hotkeys are NOT shortcut keys and are global, so don't set them to common keys that you will accidentally press during normal use. Please stop making threads about this.
