Hot-Key Issue

I have set up three scenes in OBS. I have also set up three hot keys to transition among these scenes using "switch to scene". They work, but I'm getting fades/lap dissolves to these scenes instead of a direct cut, which I want.

Am I doing something wrong or is this a bug?

Version 29.1.3, Windows 10.

In addition, I set the "B" key to fade to black. It only fades to black in the studio mode, but not when not in studio mode.

Here's how to do it:

Right click on each scene and select "Transition Override". Select "Cut".
