Question / Help Horrible stutter in stream..

This is the first time I've used OBS with Quick Sync and It's giving me some horrible stuttering issues on the stream and even on the preview window, can anyone help me out here? The game itself runs fine on my main monitor.

Specification:
i7 4770K
16GB DDR3
2x GTX 970
iGPU HD 4600 (Quick Sync)

What server are you streaming to? I used to stream to NY twitch and every 1-2min I would have some horrible stutter in game, then I switched to a different server and it didn't happen anymore.
Also when you are streaming see if there is any dropped frames while the stream is on. (bottom right corner while preview/live stream is on)

@MarkRaven I've tried streaming to all the main EU servers and I have the same problem everywhere. I'm not dropping any frames either so I'm sure it's not the settings there.

@takyx I've already tried that, the issue remains. Not only that but QuickSync should be the best encoder for my setup.
