How can I fix that thing LMAO, the whole screen is god damn green and only the top is somewhat okay.

Set your QSV Target Usage to Quality, Profile to High and bump your Bitrate to at least 3,072. Also post a log of recording.

Unfortunately the quality is still the same, I've also just noticed the sound is nothing better than the video.

1. Update your Windows.
2. Turn Game Bar and DVR off.
3. Enable CoreAudio AAC encoder for better sound. See https://obsproject.com/forum/resources/obs-studio-enable-coreaudio-aac-encoder-windows.220/
