Question / Help Horrible Quality with Logitech C920, What am I doing Wrong?

I have a Logitech C920 Webcam, and for whatever reason I cannot get decent quality out of it. I have recorded short clips with the Logitech Webcam software and they are Crystal Clean and sharp 1080p videos. But When I use OBS, the quality is crap. Here is my system setup:

Intel i7-7700K, 32GB RAM, 2x Strix GTX 1070, Elgato Gaming HD Pro, Logitech C920, Asus PB328Q 1440p Monitor

So. Here is my question: What should I have my settings at to get good, clean quality from my OBS recordings? I have seen kids using laptop Webcams on their beds that are FAR higher quality than what I am recording now.

Try this settings, also, i would disable auto focus and set it manual.

I am on 18.0.1, and I cannot find that screen. The options listed in your screenshot are all over different menus, and some I cannot find at all.
