Question / Help Horrible Quality and fps

Hi. I'm having some problems with OBS.
First of all its killing too much fps. I have a 144hz monitor and when I open obs the fps goe down to 100 even if I'm not recording.
Second of all The quality is Horrendous as you can see in this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zRMVpxv9P5A&feature=youtu.be

Im using a Nvidia GTX 1070 and a i5 6600k

Use the Tools / Auto Config Wizard.

nvm, i updated obs, the fps is good but quality is still bad I think... Is there any way to make it better?

In the Video tab go to Downscale Filter and set to Lanczos. If that doesn't do anything try x264. It will look better but use more resources.

I used x264 low cpu usage. The gameplays looks better. Any more tips for better quality?

So.. I used ShadowPlay and its has MUCH MORE quality than OBS. I dont know why but other videos seem to have better quality with obs than mine. I dont know if Im doing something wrong..
