Question / Help Horrible ping in-game

For the moment I have to use X-Split because, OBS causes some really bad ping problems for me like in CS:GO. What should I do in this case because, I don't know what I should do

If it works in XSplit, go to Settings > Advanced and check the box for "Disable TCP send window optimization."

That somewhat works but I got horrible lag spikes in game

I think its juts the internet provider I don't have the best
