Question / Help Horrendous Blurring

Specs:
i7 6700k
GTX 1080
16GBs of Ram
(rest is really invalid)

At the start. It goes grey and horrible and it does that throughout a video.

And post a logfile. There's a reason it asks for one when you open a thread in Q&H. It'll show us what's happening on the back end so we can troubleshoot past 'it's broken'.
