Question / Help Hook conflict detected

I dont know whats wrong or whats doing this to my computer because I just got this new pc and wanted to try streaming but when I try streaming the game itself skips frames I tried looking up whats wrong with it and some stuff came up with its Nvidia Geforce Experience that's causing the problem I uninstalled it but still getting the same
message and don't know whats doing this

The hook conflict warnings in the log are from 10 days ago. It's hard to determine if you have any other performance issues since the recording session in the log lasted for 2 seconds.

ok ya that fix it. It did skip frames a lot at the start of the game but it stop still get a small skip in frames once in a blue moon but its much better
