Question / Help Hook Conflict Detected (HELP)

When i stream or check my stream preview i get constant fps drops while my game is fine. I checked to see the issue and it says that i have a hook conflict in my game capture and im not sure what exactly is causing this.

im not sure how to find what is causing the hook conflict. Anyone know how to fix this?

Are you using any sort of overlays or texture mods (i.e. sweetfx or similar)?

i don't remember installing anything like that, so i don't believe so.

is there a way to see what would create this hook conflict?

Common programs are listed in the analyzer. I'm not sure if there's a good way of checking which program specifically is conflicting.

Maybe teamspeak? But im not sure how to check if teamspeak is the problem, or could it be possibly Uplay?

although i just looked through more logs and found this. Not sure what this is but maybe its the reason?
