Question / Help Highest quality stream settings?

hey guys, I want to get into streaming and I Want to stream with the highest settings I've been messing around with the settings for about 1 hour now and I don't really make any progress, I was wondering if someone could help me out!

setup
Windows 10 64 bit.
8GB Ram 1337mhz
Nvidia GTX 760
i7-4790k @4.00GHZ
BenQ-XL2411 144hz

My upload speed is 15.31 Mbps

OBS Settings

Encoding
Max Bitrate 3500 Buffer Size 3500.

Video
1920x1080 60 FPS

Advanced

Process Priority Class: Normal
x264 CPU Preset: Fast
Encoding Profile: Main
Keyframe Interval: 2
Use CFR




If possible I want to stream with 1080p 60FPS, I've tried multiple different settings but I just can't figure it out.

Stop streaming to Twitch at 1080p60, their bitrate allowance is not enough. Use 720p60 instead.
