Hi guys. So I recently moved to a new house and got gigabit internet with Cox. My previous house I only had 100 down and 10 up. I streamed at 60 fps, 4k bitrate and I did not have frame drops. I use ethernet connection as well. This new house however, i'm experiencing 10% frame drops. Watching my past broadcast my frames do dip pretty often as well as the quality turning mosaic here and there. I have provided pictures. I tried dropping down my bitrate to 3k and dropped the fps to 48 and i'm still receiving the same amount of frame drops.

Looks like Cox do their gigabit service over cable, so your upload is still shared with other customers and likely the cause of the problem. Check your cable modem SNR and power levels.

I can't seem to figure out how to check the SNR and power levels. My current modem is the Panoramic WiFi Modem.
