Question / Help High Sierra Settings

Hey guys, ran the optimization wizard for OBS and im dropping on average 85% of frames and have really spiked KBps ranging between 0-1.2k lots of red squares. Just trying to livestream my DJ set with the webcam thats built in for now with direct audio in. My specs are listed below, any help or advice would be greatly appreciated. Only have tried to broadcast to Twitch so far.

macOS High Sierra
Version 10.13.6
MacBook Pro (17-inch, Early 2011)
Processor 2.3 GHz Intel Core i7
Memory 8GB 1333 MHz DDr3
Graphics Intel HD Graphics 3000 512 MB

Include a log file if you have a problem: here's how

To upload a log file, go to the Help menu -> Log Files -> Upload current/last log file. The current log file is for the currently active running session. The last log file is for the last time you ran the program. We recommend always including it just in case.

Open OBS. Start an output session (streaming or recording). Observe your issue. Stop the output session. Upload the Current log without quitting OBS.
