High RAM usage when using OBS

The problem:
Hi everone, so as the title says i am currently experiencing an high RAM usage from OBS which, in some games, can actually lead to a very significant performance drop.
Here's the link to the log file: https://obsproject.com/logs/b74PMO4LPcDxgu0Y
and i am gonna attach it at well.

What i've tried to do:
I've used the "Obs log Analyzer" to understand what was happening and what was causing these issue, and it said that there where two critical issues:
  • "Max Audio Buffering" (Source affected (potential cause): Voicemeeter Input)
  • "Hardware-accelerated GPU Scheduler" (which then i disabled following the instructions given by the Analyzer)
As said i've solved the Hardware-accelerated GPU problem, but me being a total beginner, i don't know what to do with the "Max Audio Buffering" problem, expecially since i've seen tons of videos of people using Voicemeeter to separete their audio for Obs, and i've never heard of this problem in these videos, so idk if i didn't configured well enough Voicemeeter, Obs, both or is just something that can happen.

What i usually do:
Idk if this is included in the file, i don't think so, so i am gonna quickly go thorugh what i was doing (and what i usually do) when these issues happens:
Playing For Honor (~6.7 gb of ram used)
Listening to music (Spotify or Windows media player, indifferent because i've had this issue with both)
Speaking to a friend on Discord
Riva tuner in the background
Voicemeeter in the backgroud + stremer view active on my "2nd monitor"
Spacedesk active (to use my phone as a 2nd monitor)Ram used up to this point = 67%
Obs with replay buffer on my "2nd monitor"Ram used up to this point = 100%, with some ram usage drop from the game i am playing
i know it's a lot of apps, tho i've used them basically for 1 month without problem, and now all of the sudden i am experiencing high ram usage

Specs:
  • CPU: Intel Core i5-10400F
  • MB: ASUS PRIME Z590-P ---(Bios date: 05/23/2024)---
  • RAM: 2x8gb DDR4
  • GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060
  • PSU: Corsair Rm850X 80 Plus Gold 850 Watt
  • Obs and For Honor install location: m.2 WD Blue SN570 1Tb
Tldr = i am currently experiencing an high RAM usage from OBS, the Obs Log Analyzer says that it's due to a Max Audio Buffering where the potential cause is Voicemeeter, tho idk how to solve this issue and if it is due to me doing an incomplete/wrong set up for Obs or Voicemeeter.

Thank to everyone that will take time to read through this, i know it's long but i wanted to inclued as much details as possible

Disable HAGS & leave it disabled.

So this SE/Overlay/java script error occurs over & over just wasting resources. Clean it up.
00:21:30.220: [obs-browser: 'Controller'] Error: Refused to apply style from 'https://overlay.gamepadviewer.com/loader/custom' because its MIME type ('text/html') is not a supported stylesheet MIME type, and strict MIME checking is enabled. (https://overlay.gamepadviewer.com/l...=1&dz=0.25&smeter=0&nocurve=0&soffset=22:1592)

Encoding settings, use Preset P5, change Multipass to qres or Single Pass.

Disable Game DVR & as far as that security suite is concerned, every system I've worked on that's had it enabled had issues. YMMV.

22:55:25.050: Game DVR: On
22:55:25.051: Game Mode: Probably On (no reg key set)
22:55:25.052: Sec. Software Status:
22:55:25.054: Kaspersky Total Security: enabled (AV)

Yep, i've already disabled HAGS, changed the encoding settings and the multipass settings as you adviced

but sorry, what do i have to do with the "00:21:30.220: [obs-browser: 'Controller']" source?

Anyway, thank you for the help so far

Fix it so there is no error or delete it. It's one of your browser sources, looks like a security setting may be the cause of the error.

Ok, so just in case yesterday i've deleted it (only from one source, the one i was currently using) but i still got the high ram usage, do i have to delete it from ALL of the sources?
yet again, thanks for the help

There are more than likely still errors in the log, take a look at it. They're easy too spot.

As far as RAM goes, 16GB is kinda thin. I'm looking at my system, it's been running for a couple of days now but OBS isn't even running ATM & 12GB is being utilized.
