Hey guys, title pretty much explains it, I'm just trying to figure out which browser source it is so I know how to fix/prevent the crazy high RAM consumption.

here's my log https://obsproject.com/logs/Hpc15f_rCom_P-0L

It's a source that's responsible for one of these:
05:19:52.000: obs-browser: WebSocket is already in CLOSING or CLOSED state. (source: https://uaw3vx1k0ttq74u9b2zfvt768ee...4fb32e22c75322108d641dbf51a9/js/common.js:208)
05:19:52.128: obs-browser: Failed to execute 'postMessage' on 'DOMWindow': The target origin provided ('https://www.youtube.com') does not match the recipient window's origin ('null'). (source: https://s.ytimg.com/yts/jsbin/www-widgetapi-vfl8_u944/www-widgetapi.js:100)

Just a shot in the dark, but that's most likely either going to be your 'chat' or 'Mediashare' sources. Which method are you using to get chat? Is the Mediashare using youtube?
