Question / Help High pixelation while streaming to twitch

I tried to reset the settings to default but there is no option for it. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, and again, settings stayed. I have game sound playing in the stream and have ventrillo in stream also. I can list my settings on OBS per your request, just not sure which you would need.

My build:
Intel Core i5-3570K Ivy Bridge 3.4GHz (3.8GHz Turbo)
8GB RAM
ASRock Z77 Extreme4-M Motherboard
Corsair Enthusiast 650W power supply
EVGA SuperClocked GeForce GTX 760 2GB 256-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 SLI Support w/ EVGA ACX Cooler Video Card
Windows 7 Home Premium x64 bit SP-1

Side note: I tried to post my OBS log file because of the statement below this box but when I did, it said I should be in the Problems and Bugs thread. It also stated I was using 3223 more text characters than the allowed 60000 characters.

I believe this issue has been resolved. I used the analyzer tool you guys offered and adjusted the bitrate for both the video and sound and found out that my CPU Integrated graphics card was on and not "Disabled" so it was picking up 2 cards.
