Question / Help High-pitches Sounds Override

Hello all,

we have a huge problem currently and can't really fix it. My brother is sometimes streaming Black Squad and people seems to enjoy his Stream but when he browse through his Ingame-Menu the viewers will hear very weird sounds but he can't hear the Sounds himself.

Would be very thankful if someone know how to fix it.

Could be cross-talk from the headphones or a bird in the next room.
To deal with the first thing, turn down the volume of the headphones and see if it helps.

we tried different headphones, but it still exists.
After turning down the volume the high-pitch sounds still override sadly
