High pitched distortion when alerts & sound bites are triggered

Hello I am having a problem lately where my alerts, sound alerts, tangia interactions, etc are all high pitched and weird sounding at times. I've tried troubleshooting this on my own, and with the help of Tangia's support team to find a solution. Unfortunately for the past week almost we have had no luck in figuring out the root cause. They seem to be normal at times then randomly will become high pitched and weird sounding. They will at times revert back to being normal, and then back to high pitched. Refreshing the browser source seems to help but only for a little bit. I have tried controlling the audio of the browser source through obs, having monitor & output selected, and a variety of other methods to try to remedy with no luck. I am adding my log files, as well as some screenshots of my obs scenes and advanced audio settings. I have been told to possibly see about updating audio driver, but when i tried doing that in the device manager I only saw my headset and other speakers showing up on the audio section. My headset is fully updated, and my PC is as well. I just got it about a week ago, and have had this problem since getting this PC.
