Question / Help High Pitch Noise While Running.

This is a weird one. I usually don't have issues with OBS.
While the program is OPEN. It makes my speakers go into a high pitch static.
When I record video or stream it does not show up (Unless my mic pics my speakers up).

It is pretty annoying it happened last night. All I did was restart the program. It crashed for some reason.

Now this.

Noise, during video recording and during the broadcast. Filter "Noise suppression" does not work ((((

No this is during the program is open. The moment I double click and it runs and pops up the sound starts.

Similar. When you run the program, it just stops you from doing the stream.

Я пишу в их группе, в социальной сети ВКонтакте. Там их администратор, не только пытаясь отдать вас как идиотом, но и заявляет, что они ничего не обязаны своим клиентам!
Сделайте программу с браком, и не нужно ее исправлять ??? !!
