Question / Help High Ping While Using OBS and Playing LoL

Is there a solution to avoiding high ping while streaming LoL through OBS? This problem started about a month ago, and my ping jumps from ~50 to 200 in League of Legends.

I'm really new here, maybe I should have looked around more, but all help is appreciated. Thanks!

In general we advise to keep about 20% of your upload free. So for example if you only have 2000kbit upload you should not exceed 1600kbit, which would mean roughly 1500video bitrate and around 80-128audio for example.
Apart of that you have the option to activate "Minimize network impact", thats in the broadcast settings. It changes the way obs sends out packages and can lower the stress on your network a bit so the ping might be more stable.
Last but not least some internet connections can be unstable and thus have problems which we cannot really fix, lowering the bitrate can help, but it can change anytime ;(
