Question / Help High Ping when streaming CS:GO

I get usually around 200-300 constant ping when playing CS:GO.

Here are my settings on OBS.

Output
Encoder: AMD Video Coding Engine H.264 Encoder.
Bitrate: 900
Buffer size: 700

Video
Base (Canvas) Resolution: 1280x720
Output (Scaled) Resolution: 1280x720

Could someone please assist me in what's wrong?

Its under Broadcast Settings. The Tab where you set your Stream-Key etc.
