Question / Help High Ping When I Stream

I stream league of legend with 1920x1080 resolution with 60fps and can anyone tell me what is the problem and what can be done to help the problem

What is your Max Bitrate and buffer Size?

Also, under "Advanced" in OBS settings, do you have "Automatic low latency mode" enabled?

Don't use "automatic low latency mode" in advanced as a first option. Instead, use "minimize network impact" in broadcast settings in an attempt to reduce game ping.

So it's wrong if I'm using both I guess. Thanks for the tip.
@Edit: I also meant to mention that option, I just noticed I had both on.
