Hello. I'm getting problems with my OBS from long time. Many viewers write me that my channel is buffering all the time so it's impossible to watch it. I have searched and found this message from log analisys:
"
Possible slow server

The server you are streaming to (rtmp://live-ams.justin.tv/app) took 858 ms to connect. This may mean your connection or the server is slow, or the server is far away from you. If you are using twitch.tv, you may want to try using JTVPing to find an optimal server.

"
Same for Praga and Frankfurt. I should have about 20/30ms to those three servers (JTVPing says so).

My specs:
i5 3570k @ 4,2GHz
8GB RAM
128GB SSD
GTX 760 2GB

NET 100/50Mb

Your ping to an ingest server doesn't really matter in this case if you aren't dropping frames, and it isn't related to the issue your viewers are experiencing. Viewer buffering simply means that a viewer isn't able to get stream data from Twitch as fast as it's being sent out by the streamer. It's unique for each person, so just because some viewers get buffering doesn't mean all do. This usually happens when the streamer isn't partnered and is using a high bitrate at or close to the Twitch maximum of 3500 Kbps, but it can also happen if viewers aren't close to the Twitch server send out the data. As I understand it, for unpartnered streams below a certain viewer count this is usually San Francisco (yes, even if your sending to a European ingest server) so aside from lowering your bitrate further or trying a different service like Hitbox.tv there's not a lot on your end you can do about it.

Yea i heard about priority for partners but still, same viewers write me that they dont expierience this problem on similar channels (similar or the same settings) so I fell it's like Twitch trolling me : ( So I really can't do anything? I think they got this problem at 2000bitrate aswell but lowering it is like watching TV at old gear while there is big storm ;/

In my experience Hitbox.tv has worked better for some of my Euro viewers, so you might give that a try just to see how it goes. Also keep in mind that Twitch (along with lots of other places) has been getting hit with the DDoS stick lately so that could also be a contributing factor to any recent issues.

DDoS's dont have anything to this because i get messages about this from long time. I tested Hitbox and for now it's even better than Twitch but it's hard to get new viewers for not big channels : (
