Bug Report high ping + lags while streaming

hi ,

i have high ping + some lags while streaming

i tried a lot of different sittings but i still get lags and high ping


i just upgrade my PC i have strong CPU and GPU

my upload speed is : 3.1 MB
my ping usually around 70-75
i live in isreal

which sitting do i need to use please assist

You've got a very low upload speed and you're using about half of it for the stream. Not surprising that it negatively affects game performance.

No, you've got pretty good settings, considering the circumstances. Your bitrate is already so low that it would be unpleasant to watch except for content very low in motion.

You need faster internet.
