Question / Help High ping in some games, not others?

Hello. More of a question to see if I'm doing something wrong. While I am streaming some games, my ping is perfectly fine, but while streaming other games my ping is constantly spiking to 150+ from ~30

Games that are fine:
Fortnite, PUBG, Gary's Mod etc.

Games that spike constantly:
Overwatch, CSGO

Streaming at 480p on 900 bitrate.
Download: 50-60mbps
Upload: 1mbps - 1.5mbps

Do you think lowering my bitrate would help with ping spikes?
