Question / Help High Ping (400-500ms)

I stopped streaming for about 6 months ish. While I was streaming, I used minimize network impact, and it DRASTICALLY improved my ping in game. I usually sit at around 50-60 ms in CS:GO servers, and when I was streaming that was going to 100-110. I was so happy that this worked...

I started up again and nothing has changed, and now even with minimize network impact, I get 350-400 ping in CS:GO servers. I have no idea why, none of my settings have changed in OBS.

My upload speed is between 2.2 and 2.5 mb/s, which as far as I'm aware, is okay for streaming in 720p. I tested it recently on speedtest.net and it confirmed this.

Here's the logs to my OBS.

Would love any help in regards to this. Thank you.

Check your speed. You want at least 500kbps for CS:GO (it also uses voice so it needs some extra bandwith). If you use TS3 - think about it too.
1900 bitrate is maybe too high, if you have only 2200kbps upload (1900 means there are some spikes up to 2200 possible).
Try 1500.
