Question / Help High M/bit and low fps - new to obs

Hey guys as stated in title im new to obs my problem is:
The M/bit number right next to the green box in obs is high or whatever it reaches 7000 sometimes
the fps then drops low to like 1

i dont know if u can help i will link log here:


PS forgot to mention my network should be fine 75 download and 50 upload

I'm guessing that it didn't happen in this logfile that you posted? I dont see anything in this log that would refles what you are saying.

well it is the correct file and i tested it too this morning and my stream lags alot very weird here is logfile from this morning
