High Internet Speed but Lag for HD Live streaming

I have 100mbps speed internet for download and upload, but my internet speed for obs when i am live streaming only 3000-5000kbps
Need fix and stable at 6000kbps for HD 60fps for my live streaming, can you give me solution please??|

this is my download and internet speed..
always 90-100mbps but still dont know why, always have 3-4mbps for streaming

When you see this results (better upload than download) means there's an issue with your ISP.
Anyway, for streaming this speed test means almost nothing as it don't measure rtmp protocol.
