Question / Help High in-game ping while streaming

Hello ! I've tried almost everything I've found on the internet to fix in-game high ping while streaming, but nothing helps. I have tried different streaming platforms, but still same high ping in any game I try to stream.
My internet speedtest:
PING ms 34
DOWNLOAD Mbps
80.77
UPLOAD Mbps
3.66.
Any help is appreciated !

Your upload is very limiting, you probably shouldn't stream at more than 2mbps to leave enough room for the game. The low latency option in advanced network settings may also help.

Thanks for reply ! I've already enabled low latency mode but still same. I think I should be able to stream at least at the lowest quality.
