High graphic games crashes my OBS and my pc requires a restart.

So I can mostly replicate this issue when I stream games like Dying light 2 or Phasmophobia. It mostly happens when I'm streaming using OBS. I tried reinstalling OBS, Underclocking my GPU, updating GPU software and CPU, reinstalled my Windows 10 and still there's that problem.

What I noticed from the logs are these:-
1) Failed to rebuild shared texture: 0x80070057
2) Failed to open shared 2D texture (80070057)
3) d3d11_shtex_init: failed to create texture
4) failed to create texture (0x887A0005): The GPU device instance has been suspended. Use GetDeviceRemovedReason to determine the appropriate action.
5) gs_texture_open_nt_shared (D3D11): Failed to open shared 2D texture (80070057)

Hope to get some clarification on what the actual problem is as I've actually replaced all of my pc parts except for my GPU (1660ti) which I suspect is the culprit of the issue. Have a nice day and thanks for dropping by if you do!

4.6GHz

Motherboard : Gigabyte B550m Aorus Elite

Graphics : MSI 1660TI Ventus XS (Dying :>)

RAM : Corsair Vengeance DDR4 3000MHz - 8GB x 2 (16GB)

Storage #1 : Kingston SSD - 120GB

Storage #2 : WD Blue SATA HDD - 1TB

Storage #3 : ADATA XPG 8200 NVme - 512 GB (Windows)

PSU : CM MWE Bronze V2 750

Monitor #1 : ASUS VG248 24"Inch 144Hz

Monitor #2 : AOC G2460VQ6 24"Inch 75Hz

Bumpy ~ Still have the same problem. Just need some confirmation before I go out and spend money on a new GPU.

Your video card is outright crashing actually. You may need to look into RMA from the card or computer manufacturer first.

Yeah as I suspected huh. Sadly the card's warranty is over so I guess I'll look into investing on a new GPU. Weirdly enough playing games doesn't crash it. However, the moment I try to stream high graphic games (God Of War, Dying Light 2) It would crash within 10mins or so. Same for recording too.

Everything else in the PC is new and recently replaced. Temps are no where near stress points (65 - 70) with CPU running below 60 during gaming.
