HIGH GPU USAGE ONLY ON RECORDING 85%

I used to stream and record at the same time and never had any issues. But today when I press recording my gpu goes straight to 85% without any games open and without streaming, my GPU is RTX 3050 [8GB], It is going to 85% immediately without anyother programs open.
