High GPU usage from obs studio

just open the program and not even streaming and usage goes 100%... i try change the encoder to x264 and nothing... And I allways running obs as administrator. Any solution?????
My pc :
r7 3700x
2070super
32gb 3200mhz ram
 
Try getting out of OBS Studio mode which renders 2 different videos
and follow posted directions on posting OBS log
And make sure you aren't dealing with known Windows 10 (older version) issue with monitors at different refresh rates. And don't go crazy on fps (same or clean multiple of screen refresh rate)
