High GPU usage and laggy Video and Audio

Lately, my OBS is freaking out after a few minutes of streaming, recording, or even starting the Replay Buffer.
According to the Task Manager, the GPU goes up to 90-100% for OBS and whatever Game I'm playing.
I reinstalled everything and downloaded the latest version of only the most necessary plugins, and it's a little better now, it's only stuttering at the beginning and then after about 1 hour of recording.
I also tried running as Admin, but wearing a suit did not change anything either.

Please help!

1. OBS is not running as Administrator. This can lead to OBS not being able to Game Capture certain games. If you are not running into issues, you can ignore this, but you are. Remove Display Capture, add Game Capture, close OBS, open OBS as Admin and try to capture your games with Game Capture. If that doesn't work, try Window Capture for your games.
