Question / Help High GPU and low FPS when recording

Since I use OBS studio instead of classic (which also doesn't work that well anymore) i have low fps when recording (like 18 fps) and i have a decent laptop.
These are my laptop specs:
Processor: Intel core i7-5700HQ 2.70 GHz
RAM: 1X8 GB
2 graphics cards: Intel HD Graphics 5600
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 950M
