High frames missed due to Rendering lag

It indicates that you're experiencing 7.6% GPU Encoder overload and recommends you check https://obsproject.com/wiki/GPU-overload-issues .

Also have you tried Xaymar's StreamFX plugin's version of NVENC encoder? I use it on my machines (1070 GTX and RTX 3080) and get better quality results over the default NVENC encoder as I can tune it more. I have had problems with the encoded stream (break-up and pixelation between I-frames in particular) if improperly configure the encoder, even just capturing from a video device.
 
I've exported my scenes etc and deleted OBS, when i import them I get those issues again. But i am just starting fresh with OBS as it seems to be ok atm. Just adding 1 thing at a time until the issue pops up again
 
Do you have any particularly heavy scenes with many filters or effects where the frame skip / render lag occurs? I can see in the log you have quite a lot of filters on some sources, though I don't think it's an excessive amount.
