Hello, I'm experiencing 40% Frames Loss due to rendering when using a Nvidia GTX 1070 eGPU, connected to a 2 lanes Thunderbolt 3. Game is running on external monitor at solid 60FPS, but on OBS it can barely keep 30 (sometimes dropping to 20) when recording. When not recording it keeps 60FPS.
I've tried using both NVENC encoder and QuickSync encoder with the internal GPU.
Initially I thought that this was caused (and probably is) by the 2-lanes TB3 that prevents OBS from getting rendered frames from GPU (but why it's smooth before hitting recording?).
Then I tried Nvidia ShadowPlay and using that I can record 1080p@60FPS without any frame loss.
So, maybe there is something wrong somewhere, why Nvidia ShadowPlay can record at that Framerate while with OBS I can't?
Here's the LOG file: https://obsproject.com/logs/jTs2xPzGLxbRqBog
Thanks!
