Question / Help High frame drop

So recently i updated my drivers for my PC, but since then any game i try to record with OBS, its makes the frames drop from 300 to 20 frames at any setting. I have no idea how to fix. I have checked google and youtube for help but i got nothing,
what can i do?

Literally before i updated drivers, my fps was fine, it was stable around 100+fps but now i get 20fps?
