Question / Help High FPS + perfect footage but lagging ingame

I started streaming and both with streamlabs I have lagg ingame with 180 fps. It's so weird because I always thought that high fps means no lagg. Yet I have lagg while playing. I have a really good pc, someone knows how to fix this? Using standard settings. I linked my specs + I have a GTX 1080 Ti

If you're using Streamlabs then you should contact them for support. This is the OBS Studio forum.
 
I already know what the problem is, I have 2 screens, one with 75 Hz and one with 60 Hz which makes the gameplay lagg
