I recently started streaming, and I have noticed that when I am streaming at 720p 60fps 4k bitrate that I get 300 fps on CS:GO. However it feel choppy when playing and I really do not like it. My specs are: 16gb Ram, Nvidia Geforce GTX 980, i74790k @ 4.6ghz . From what I know these specs should easily be able to handle streaming this. Any help would be much appreciated thanks!

Post a log file from the Help menu, of a live streaming session at least 10 minutes in length.
