Before anything, I would like to explain what I have prior to this post and mention that this only started happening recently, I have recorded completely fine multiple time already with OBS.
*I have removed the entirety of OBS (this includes all files in appdata and Microsoft folders) AND reinstalled/removed all previous driver and then reinstalled OBS after of course a restart of my PC
*I have tried multiple encoders(x264 and NVENC) and adjusted their rate controls according to the tutorials I have followed which has been many at this point
*I have disabled Game-Mode and enabled it to see if any difference was there, there was none (for me)
*I have monitored my recording in task manager with Overwatch, and nothing is throttling and I typically have more then 40% of my CPU free with everything going (recording and gaming), the same with my GPU, nothing is being overused and therefore my recoding should not be affected by my PC's resources
*I have ran in admin every time, so that was never a factor I had to consider as it was always done
*My ram is also fine, never had any problems and they are industry standard, there is no problems with them

Settings for OBS recording(I should also mention that I have changed these settings multiple times now and still gotten the same recording with slightly or extremely minimal improvement)
