I made a thread before, but I was admitted into a hospital shortly after, and couldn't respond, so I apologize. Anyways!
I've attached my specs in the files, but to summarize my PC:
CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-6700 CPU @ 3.40GHz
GPU: ZOTAC GeForce GTX 1080 (ZT-P10800B)
Mic: Blue Yeti Microphone
Not sure I'm doing this log file correctly, but here: https://gist.github.com/d38b49b497e21c292dcd41da2bc02b49
And the other details aren't that relevant (I think?).
The problem is that when I record a game like Overwatch, one of two things happen.
I'll respond and post whatever you guys need of me, and post example videos if I need to. My goal isi to be as cooperative as possible. Thank you in advance, I hope I haven't given any of you too much of a headache.

- My MSI says its "NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080"
Mic: Blue Yeti Microphone

The problem is that when I record a game like Overwatch, one of two things happen.
- My FPS drops pretty significantly and randomly, from 120-140 to as random as 45-100, changing up to 40FPS every other second, making it unplayable, even when I cap my games FPS counter. When I check the recording, it just shows one frame every few seconds, but the audio is fine and perfectly matched up.
- My FPS is fine, and the recording goes out without a hitch, this is when i use Stream Encoder or x264 and leave the Rate Control at around 3000-4000. Depending on whether I change the profile, bframes=x, and CPU Usage Preset, I can make it look a little better or worse, but the end result is that while the recording and gameplay is fine, it's horrifically pixelated.
