Question / Help High End PC But While Streaming I Lag

Hello, i try to stream fortnite, but every time i lag. I have a good pc and was wondering what the problem was. i thought it was the settings so i watched hundreds of videos on settings and still lagged. if anyone can give me obs settings/ tell me why i am lagging that would be great.I even play on all low settings except view distance on far.

Processor - Intel Core i7-6700K 4.0GHz (Quad Core)
Memory - Corsair Vengeance Blue LED 16GB (2x8GB)
Graphics Card - Geforce GTX 1060 6GB
