Question / Help High-end computer and 100/100 mbit internet - still low quality stream

Hi guys

I tried to run the recommended settings but my stream is buffering 24/7. I found an acceptable compromise at around 1500 kbs bitrate and 30 fps but I know that my computer and internet should be able to pull 1080p.

I tried running it at 3500 kbs and it did not drop a single frame, it would just buffer consistently.
