Question / Help High Encoding?

My computer is pretty good so I am very confused on why I even have this problem. Someone help me please!

It always says high encoding and I was playing rainbow six siege on stream as well as gta v. DO i have to set my fps to 30? I already downscaled my settings on obs. I honestly do not know.

I dont know how taxing either of those games are but an i5 isnt the best suited cpu for 720p60 as soon as the game needs more cpu usage than LoL as example.

CFR is not really needed for streaming you can uncheck it.

it looks like you have way too many Capture Sources in a single Scene this can cause a Problem as well.
