Alright so my Specs are:
i5 6500 3.6Ghz
Geforce GTX 960 4GB GDDR5
So i tried to live stream and i keep getting a message coming up saying high encoding even when i turn down the encoding
My OBS settings are
Bitrate: 3500
Quality: 1280x720
My upload speed is 5.85Mbps
Even with 3500 bitrate the video seems laggy/skipping frames, the game im playing is Battle Field 3 at ultra settigns 1920x1080 and im getting an average of 100fps in game
