Question / Help High Encoding

Hello, I've been trying to find the right settings for my pc to stream at 60 FPS at 720p, but even time I try to do so I always get this message "High Encoding" and my frames drop like crazy. (from 60 to 11)

Pc Specs:
CPU: i5-4690k
GPU: GTX 970 SC 4GB
