Question / Help High encoding while streaming H1Z1

Hello! When i am trying to stream in H1Z1 it says high encoding but all graphics are on low... i am playing on High but lowered them to low just to see but still.. My internet has 90 dw and 95 upload speed. Need help!

Proccesor - I5 4690K
Video card - AMD R9 200 Series
Ram - 16gb
