Question / Help high encoding warning

hi im new here im speaking french & english a bit :/ somemone can help my with my obs setting ?

first of all this is my RIG

CPU :FX-8370E 4.3Ghz
GPU : GTX TITAN (SC) SUPER-CLOCK (6GB)
MEMORY RAM : 16GB 2133

question :
when i stream i can see : high encoding warning
my stream lag so much 0_o

i hope someone can help me

i think i fix by change : cpu usage to HIGH but i want optimal set up of my rig

The FX 8370 isn't actually capable of streaming at the resolution you have selected.
